Creating an administrator account on the Robust Submissions platform

From the home page of the Robust system (www.myrobust.com), select TRY FOR FREE NOW

From the Sign-Up page (https://submissions.myrobust.com/account/signup), complete the information requested, agree to the Terms and Conditions, complete the Captcha validation check and select CREATE MY ACCOUNT

Check your email for a system-generated email (see below), asking you to verify your account. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please contact us at

In the email, click on Confirm your account or paste the link in a web browser, then follow the instructions on the screen to create your password (see below). 

Make sure to add your verification code and remember, your password must:

  • Be a minimum length of 8 characters.
  • Contain at least one number and one special character (e.g., @ or # or $)
  • Contain both an upper and a lower-case letter character.

After clicking on Continue, the system will automatically log you into your account.
